[OpenAFS-announce] OpenAFS 1.3.83 released

OpenAFS 1.3.83 is now available for download from the openafs.org web
site.

For Windows, 1.3.83 is the new stable release.  This release adds new
debugging tools; fixes race conditions in the AFS RPC library
and the cache manager; and enhances the Integrated Logon functionality
by preserving the Kerberos 5 tickets obtained as part of the token
generation process.

For UNIX, 1.3.83 is the latest version in the 1.4 release cycle.
Notable recent improvements are included in Linux 2.6 client support.
