[OpenAFS-announce] OpenAFS 1.3.85 released

OpenAFS 1.3.85 is now available for download from the openafs.org web
site.

For Windows, 1.3.85 is the new stable release.  This release fixes bugs 
related to service threads not waking up, and updates installer 
package support.

For UNIX, 1.3.85 is the latest version in the 1.4 release cycle.
Notable recent improvements are included in Linux 2.4 client support, 
several race condition fixes in the fileserver, and audit logging for all 
servers on all platforms.
