[OpenAFS-announce] OpenAFS 1.3.86 released

OpenAFS 1.3.86 is now available for download from the openafs.org web
site.

For Windows, 1.3.86 is the new stable release.  This release fixes 
a deadlock condition, and has other performance improvements.

For UNIX, 1.3.86 is the latest version in the 1.4 release cycle.
It includes several Linux client fixes as well as portability changes.
