[OpenAFS-announce] Harald Barth joins Council of Elders

The OpenAFS Council of Elders is pleased to announce that Harald Barth

Sweden) has accepted an invitation to join the Council.  Harald's name =

be familiar to those who have followed OpenAFS development since the
formation of OpenAFS.  He is an active supporter of both OpenAFS and Ar=
la.
