[OpenAFS-devel] suggested additional configure option

--with-kernel-cc=
--with-kernel-cflags=

and perhaps KCC, KCFLAGS env vars to preset them before configure run.

This way, can override compiler choices without having to edit makefiles.
(After existing makefiles are edited appropriately of course.)
