This is a branch in cvs with significant changes to add prototypes to
much of the source, as well as converting as much as possible to using
ANSI style prototypes and declarations, instead of K&R. It is not
complete, there are a lot of files and routines still needing prototypes
and declaration rewrites, but a significant chunk of the libafs build is
fully prototyped.
I'd greatly appreciate it if users could try compiling and testing this
branch on as many different platforms as possible and reporting any new
problems that they see with the compile process, or during runtime.
To test this, issue:
cvs co -r openafs-prototypes-1_3_x openafs
or in an existing checkout
cvs update -r openafs-prototypes-1_3_x openafs
You will need to regen ac files of course.=20
Any feedback/reports would be appreciated. We want to get a good feel of
how well this builds/etc. before applying it to the main trunk. (Note -
that won't be done until after 1.2.4 is released at the earliest.)
