Agreed to take gerrits 11706 and 13401 which fix crashes when
the deprecated afsd -settime option is enabled.

Backport of 13337 for 1.6.x may be considered.

1.8.x series
============

Pullup for 'vos status' fix:

13421 vos: restore status information to 'vos status'

To be abandoned, since this one is to be reverted on master:

13340 rx: fix rx_atomic warnings under Solaris

To be merged for 1.8.3:
