[OpenAFS] compile problems on Solaris 7 with 1.0.2

Sigh, another kdump problem.  Just ignore it.  You don't need
kdump unless you're debugging AFS; just don't build it and move on.
You can successfully build, install, and run AFS w/o kdump.
