[OpenAFS] HOWTO for installation on 7.1

Also, RedHat 7.1 implements a new kind of Inetd. Calle dXinetd this one is
supposed to be much better and I use it a lot. Is it mandatory that I take
this one out to use the OpenAFS one provided? Must I substitute all my
xinetd resources witht he ones provided with AFS? Can Xinetd be used for
the same purpose?
