[OpenAFS] Unable to obtain token on Win2k

Hi

I had a similar problem against a kaserver cell but I was migrating the cell
to mit krb5 so I ignored the problem. After the migration to a krb5 cell it
all works. I don't know why it did not owrk against kaserver,
