I just compiled Samba 2.2.1a on RedHat 7.1 with OpenAFS 1.1.1.  I have
kautils.h in /usr/afsws/include/afs (which is a symlink to
/var/tmp/openafs-1.1.1/i386_linux24/dest).  The biggest problem I had was
hacking the Makefile to link against the proper libraries.
