[OpenAFS] Problem with starting up Open AFS.

The 1.1.1 RPMs are better for RH 7.1, but there are still some
packaging bugs that cause them not to work.  The 1.1.1-24.1 RPMS
certainly do NOT work out of the box.

I'm still trying to track down all the problem, but I don't have
the resources to do it on my own.
