[OpenAFS] Kernel module source rpms

Ok, I've fixed this.  The openafs-kernel-source RPM will now
build both UP and SMP modules.  And the build works again.  I've
given Derrick the new RPMS, and he should be uploading them to
openafs.org soon.  I'm also hoping that he'll rebuild for
RH 7.1/Linux 2.4.

So, just wait a bit and fixed RPMS should exist. :)
