[OpenAFS] OpenAFS-1.0.4 server on SGI's XFS-1.0 (Linux)

I installed a vicpa OpenAFS-1.0.4 server partition on an SGI XFS-1.0
partition on RedHat7.1 and did some tests.

The result: it does NOT work!

The effects seem similar to the ones seen on Solaris with Veritas VxFS.
I lost some files in a volume on that partition. And after a provoked
the content of a volume I was writing to was lost entirely.
