[OpenAFS] Install Shield 6.0 or working w2k OpenAFS client

I am testing patches to OpenAFS supporting Windows 2000 client.  These
patches fix problems with tokens and LANA numbers.  They make W2k client
much more usable and easy to install.

I created an installable version of Open AFS for Windows, using Install
Shield 5.5 with language pack and I am also reviewing the steps to convert
it to Install Shield 6.0.

These changes would be available within a few days, possible sooner.
