[OpenAFS] Missing vos and kas command suites

Greetings,

Silly question, but I'm stumped.

I installed 

openafs-1.2.2-rh7.1.1.i386.rpm 
openafs-client-1.2.2-rh7.1.1.i386.rpm 
openafs-kernel-1.2.2-rh7.1.1.i386.rpm
openafs-client-compat-1.2.2-rh7.1.1.i386.rpm

over Red Hat 7.1 and configured for my normal home cell.  It all works
great except the vos and kas command suites seem to be missing.  Which
does not find them and they are not in the place expected,
/usr/vice/etc. fs and pts are fine.

Does anyone have any idea what flamed out?
