[OpenAFS] OpenAfs build on Irix IP35

Hi all,

This is going to fall into the bounds of a newby question and I apologise 
for that, but if you don't ask you won't understand.

I'm having trouble getting this to work, probably a lack of skill and time 
on my part.  After substituting the files acinclude.m4 
and "src/libafs/MakefileProto.in" as per the delta (I took these from a
snapshot "openafs-snap-2001-11-13").  I did the following:
