[OpenAFS] afs with kerberos

Map principal/instance@REALM -> principal.instance@cell and insert
your principals in the pts database. Then use aklog (in openafs-krb5
RPM) to obtain tokens from your krb5 tickets. Note that you need
to run krb524d for this to work.
That's all there is to it. Your Krb5KDC takes the place of KAServer.
