[OpenAFS] openafs crash on linux: "Increase -stat parameter of afsd(VLRU cycle?)"

Thanks. The crashes have been going on for several months, but
infrequently and I haven't had any way to reproduce them by hand.

I'll wait for 1.2.8, especially if it will work unmodified with the the
newer Red Hat kernels.
