[OpenAFS] Cache Consistency problem

The cache on that machine is 200MB's.

[burcin@cs burcin]$ fs getcache
AFS using 168347 of the cache's available 204800 1K byte blocks.

Would changing the cache size while the client is running lead to a
problem like this?
