The NetInfo file can contain many IP addresses and multiple fake ips.
There is a limit to the number of IPs that the fileserver can register
in the VLDB though - you'll have to look that up.

But you can easily test things out by doing the following:

 - add IPs to the NetInfo file
 - restart the fileserver process - can be a temporary/test fileserver
 - use "vos listaddrs" to see the IPs associated with this server
 - you can use this to check the ordering too
 - it checks for dupes, etc
