Huh? Can anybody confirm that the CoW Bug (Moo!) was introduced
somewhere after 1.2.2 server?

This mail from Marco Foglia is at least referring to 1.2.2:

So if it was introduced after 1.2.1, which seems more likely, could
anyone confirm that?
