[OpenAFS] vos remsite

Hello, 

I just observed that the "vos remsite" command does not remove the
actual volumes from the server partition, but only from the volume
location db.

I would have expected it to remove the read-only copy as well, as this
copy is no more needed or maintained.  Instead, I had to run a
separate "vos remove" to get rid of that copy. What exactly is the
"vos remsite" for then?

Any comments?
