[OpenAFS] Problem with installing at windows

<pre>I have trouble with installing and running OpenAFS on Windows.
I downloaded OpenAFS-1.2.9a for windows and installed it on Windows XP/2000 server/2003 server. But, I couldn't configure AFS OpenAFS on Windows. It didn't work properly with all windows platform. Is there someone who install and run OpenAFS server succecefully on Windows? If so, Please give me some advice.

This is my installation and test procedures.

First, I installed new windows XP, 2000, 2003 on my machine, didn't install any additional windows component and didn't modify anything. 

Second, Installing OpenAFS-1.2.9a with following options 

Installation options
-------------------------
Select Component 
    - selected all component
      (AFS server, AFS client, AFS control center, AFS Supplimental Documentation) 
      leave all options as default value of installer.
Source location 
    - CellServDB.GrandCentral (default)
Select Local Drive Mapping 
    - AFS Cell Name : openafs.org (default)
    - Root Drive Assignment 
      Enable Assignment
           Drive : None
           Path : /
    - Home Drive Assignment 
           Enable Assignment
           Drive : U:
           Path: /afs/openafs.org/u/brian

Third, Restarting Windows, Windows report "One or more service fail to start" and Windows Event logger logs "The IBM AFS Server service terminated with service-specific error 2 (0x2)"

Fourth, Run configuration wizard and configure OpenAFS. It display two error dialogs respectively  "The log file could not be opend" and "Memory Manager : An invalid memory address was freed ... - al_progress.cpp line 266" I Ignore it and just keep going configuation wizard. 

Fifth, Configure OpenAFS with OpenAFS configuration wizard.

Sixth, Press "configure" button at last step of OpenAFS configuration wizard,  Wizard display error message " A configuration error has occurred", "Error: timed out waiting for the AFS bosserver control service to start or stop(0x00004634)"and no log file exist at location that installer direct.

Configuration options and steps

This is my configuration options.
    Cell and Server Information
        - This will be the first server in new AFS cell
        - Cell Name : cnt.com

    Administrative Information
        - Select Use the next available AFS UID

    Configure this machine as a File Server ( default)
    Configure this machine as a Database Server (default)
    Do not configure as a Backup Server

    Create an AFS partition on this File Server
        - Select Volume : I:\ , Drive contains data (2533 MB)
          (Volume I:\ is formatted as NTFS and contains Recycle Bin and System Volume Information directory only)
        - AFS partition Name : vicepi

    Create the cell's root volumes. (default)
    Replicate the cell's root volumes. (default)
    Do not configure as the System Control Server (default)

At last, I pressed "configure" button. Installer performed configuration steps.
    Create the AFS partition : OK
    Start the Database Service : Fail
