Hi everyone!
I am trying to compile openafs-1.2.10 for an openmosix kernel =
(2.4.21-openmosix1). openafs compiles and I get =
libafs-2.4.21-openmosix1.mp.o without errors.
but /etc/init.d/afs start gives me this:

Hmm... I can't seem to find an AFS kernel module suitable for your =
Linux
kernel. That means you will need to build or obtain a suitable =
module.
The following information may be of some use in obtaining assistance:
CPU Type: 1586.intel.2
Linux version: 2.4.21-openmosix1 #1 Sun Jun 22 00:03:12 GMT+2 2003
RedHat release: Red Hat Linux release 7.3 (Valhalla)
Symbol versions:
iget4 3966a992
iget4 3966a992
sock_create 958b971e
Did not find matching module in SymTable
AFS module /usr/vice/etc/modload/libafs-2.4.21-openmosix1.o does not =
exist. Not starting AFS.

how to I compile the .o version? and whats the difference between the =
mp.o, ep.o and .o versions?
thanks a lot, have a wonderful day,
