[OpenAFS] Updates to CellServDB

I have submitted 2 updates for our local CellServDB to grand.central.org,
but have heard nothing about them being made available to the AFS
community.  Does anyone know why delays should occur in issuing updates as
this is causing problems for collaborating sites, which will not manually
edit CellServDB files.
