[OpenAFS] conflict betwwen openafs+kerberos+cvs

Ahh.  Well, based on the error, I suspect the problem is that
RH's CVS is not built with kserver support.  I've never tried
it; I don't use kserver, I just use CVS_RSH=ssh.
