[OpenAFS] volserver restarting after issuing vos commands

No. The fileserver stays running. As for the lookback interface, I
couldn't tell see it going down. I put an "ifconfig -a" in a loop on both
servers while causing the volserver to restart with this error and the
interface remained in the UP state. (Note - Sometimes the vos release
command finishes successfully, but volserver still restarts and records
the same error 103 in the VolserLog.)

It's OK at 09:02:36 when volserver died and restarted. It restarted
normally later when I issued a bos restart.
