[OpenAFS] When Using Kerberos5 is klog necessary?

I seem to recall from my discussion with Derrick that the OpenAFS
people (at the time) didn't want to introduce a dependency on a
particular Kerberos 5 distribution.  That might have changed since the
last time we talked about it.  Note that fakeka has been merged into
the MIT distribution (since it required internal MIT APIs to operate).
