[OpenAFS] Multi language proplems or Does OpenAFS1.2.8a work on WinXP SP1?

I can finally install OpenAFS1.2.8a on my WinXP sp1 PC by changing used
language from Japanese to English!  The problem might occur because my PC
used Japanese environment, because my user32.dll has same dependency as
yours and I could not install the software to the Japanese environment whose
user32.dll is 5.1.2600.1106.
Anyway, Thanks to you, I can install the software.  I appreciate your
kindness very much.
