Hi, Since more than one person has asked me if I found a solution... The fix that worked for me was to upgrade the Linux kernel. Looking at the kernel changelog indicated that some generic fs layer bugs were fixed somewhere between 2.4.19 and 2.4.20. After upgrading kernel (2.4.20-ac2), sometime in December, I've experienced no downtime at all. -- /Rickard Lind
