[OpenAFS] Which kind of cache is best?

Yea, it was broken in the early 1.2.x days; I found and fixed a bug
about a year ago to allow -memcache to work on Linux 2.4 (it would
constantly crash otherwise), and honestly I think it's pretty stable
now.
