Hello,

I have a new Linux AFS file server which refuses to start per the logs
below.
It's not creating   /usr/afs/local/sysid.

I'm running openafs  1.2.8  on
Linux  2.4.18-27.7.xbigmem #1 SMP Fri Mar 14 05:08:50 EST 2003 i686 unknown.
