[OpenAFS] Users... a little confusion

Hello... here back again! :) I have a little ``aesthetic'' question
about user and groups ids.

I create a group with

pts creategroup -name afs_group -id -10000
group afs_group has id -10000

Then I want to create the home directories repository and I want to make
it belong to afs_group (I add the group to the openldap database for
resolving it):

mkdir /afs/cell.name/home
chown 1.afs_group_number /afs/cell.name/home

Now, the bad thing is this:

drwxr-xr-x 3 daemon afsusers 2048 Apr 2 12:14 home

All because this directory was created by afs admin... with uid 1! The
same is on /afs/cell.name:

drwxrwxrwx 3 root root 2048 Apr 2 11:50 cell.name

All this directories should belong to afs admin user, not to root or
daemon... How should I change it? It's just a little confusing, I'd like
to split the standard unix things from afs...
