[OpenAFS] client cache

not entirely sure what you're doing but perhaps these little nuggets
of wisdom will help:
Cache size in cacheinfo is in 1k blocks.
cacheinfo file is only consulted at boot time.
various fs commands (fs getcacheparms, fs setcachesize, see fs help
for others) can modify the cache behavior.
