[OpenAFS] problems with login

hi,

I have a fc1 server running a setup with kerberos, openldap, and
openafs. 

When trying to login with a client, the connection is closed. The
problem occures only when afs is running. Everything looks okey in the
logs, the user is authentcated and gets a session, but after that I only
get the loginpromt again. It's the same while login in via ssh, but then
I get the messege "connection closed by remote host". 
If I use kinit and aklog, I get tokens and everything;
