I suppose you used asetkey and then added the user admin, and adding it
to the system:administrators, using the -noauth. Now, try to do a pts
membership admin -cell nov.com.au -localauth --- in this case, you use
the local keys and you should gain the rights even without the admin
token.

And what about the tokens? Did you run aklog?
