No, but 'ln -s /afs_ext3 /usr/vice/cache' will work just fine.
So will putting '/afs_ext3' in the second field in /usr/vice/etc/cacheinfo
or /etc/openafs/cacheinfo or whereever that lives on your system.
And, as others have pointed out, you could also just mount the ext3
partition directly on /usr/vice/cache.
