[OpenAFS] HELP: Error : "No quorum elected"

Hi there,

i got a problem with my 4 AFS-Server.


First i created a volume and the i did vos release.....
Console shows the following error:

No quorum elected:
UBIK - ErrorCode 5376



What happened:
- I restartet all my services and after all even the maschines....
- All servers are online an obviously OK....
-I read several posts about this problem where´s mentioned that it 
conciders to a time difference between the servers but theres a time 
deamon that runs 100% and even did it yesterday - dont know what to do.



Please help me.
