[OpenAFS] AFS Server errors

I'm new to AFS and haven't been able to get the Win32 server working. 
The following is the error I get:

The is the result of going through the Server Configuration Wizard. It 
gets through all the steps and then fails when it tries to start the 
bosserver.

Any ideas as to how I can resolve this problem?
