[OpenAFS] blank view of an slavaged volume(offline->online) through its mount point

Probably the Linux dentry cache has the empty directory cached. Create a
mountpoint elsewhere for the volume. Can you see it from said client? If
so, that's the problem. Restarting the AFS client will fix it but I don't
have a simpler way to suggest offhand.
