[OpenAFS] how to increase space

Just to let you know I've fixed this now. I downloaded the IBM database
servers from:
http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=0&q1=afs&uid=swg24006193&loc=en_US&cs=utf-8&cc=us&lang=en
Followed the instructions on there, and now it's all working again.
