[OpenAFS] Mystery Folder

After having reverted from the daily build to 1.3.6300, I now have a
mystery folder in my Z:\ drive.

Z:\>dir
 Volume in drive Z is AFS
 Volume Serial Number is 0000-04D2

 Directory of Z:\

07/09/2001  12:24p      <DIR>

Notice the folder with no name?

In explorer I can actually enter this directory recursively.  This is best
explained by this picture:

Any ideas what is causing this?
