[OpenAFS] pam_afs module on 2.6 kernel

Given that I'm the first person to try the pam_afs module on the Linux 2.6 
kernel with the 1.3.86 release, are there any pointers where I could start 
looking to debug the issue? It just gives us an authentication failed message 
in syslog when it works at all. We have a few systems which will be using the 
Linux 2.6 kernel with or without AFS home directories, some of them ix86 
architecture and others amd64. I'd like to get it working if possible.
