[OpenAFS] 1.3.87 Client hangs

Vos listvol nome lists all the volumes except for denali.vol.

The fileserver is on the same machine, 1.3.87 version.

If vos listvol is hanging, it's not the client, especially since you're able
to run vos and list the vldb. That's your fileserver machine or volserver
process that's having problems.
