[OpenAFS] aklog: build failure?

One final note: I realized that you were the guy who had the "Can't get
information about cell ..." problem.

This isn't a Kerberos problem (the people who I was referring to earlier
all had Kerberos problems when they tried to use v5 native tickets).
You're returning an error from afsconf_GetCellInfo(), which could be
caused by a number of things.  Maybe a system call trace on aklog
would shed some light on this.
