[OpenAFS] problems with root.cell volume

Hi...again with this problem!
i dont know what is happening but after a while, the root.cell becomes
readonly....i mean:
i remove the replica site
i restart the afsd
the root.cell is mounted on .mycell mount point
i add (again) a replica site
after a while....if i wanna make a mount (fs mkm) the error of could
not modify a readonly appears...and i check the .mycell and the volume
points to root.cell.readonly.
Do you have any idea?
