[OpenAFS] Solaris 9 installation instructions

Everytime I install OpenAFS on Solaris 9 I wonder exactly what changes I 
need to do in the /sbin/mountall file, as the Solaris 9 file does not 
match the contents listed in the docs on the openafs website at: 
http://www.openafs.org/pages/doc/QuickStartUnix/auqbg005.htm#HDRWQ47

I came across this page: 
http://www-306.ibm.com/software/stormgmt/afs/manuals/Library/patch.readme.htm 
which appears to be IBM's AFS instructions.  Would these work with 
OpenAFS?  Alternately, does anyone have any other suggestions?
