[OpenAFS] 1.3.79 on RHEL4?

I have tried 1.3.79 on RHEL4 with kernel 2.6.9-5.EL(selinux disabled).

First observations:

  - PAGs work as they should and are robust against setgroups().

  - With memcache everything works as it should, at least in 
    first approximation..

  - With disk cache the very first write operation to /afs
    hangs forever...

Is there anyone who managed with 1.3.79/disk cache on RHEL4?
