[OpenAFS] adding new cell - I need help

  Hello,

  I have installed AFS client (IBM Version 3.6)  on our Tru64 (OS V5.1A)
machines. I wanted to add

  the cell infn.it to one of the client to get access to one of the machines
for a user in the cell.

  I used the following command to add:

  /usr/afsws/bin/fs  newcell -name infn.it -servers servername

  I donot get any error when I execute the command. But I donot see this
cell in /afs directory.

  I have added the the IP address and name in CellServDB file. But not
restarted the afs 

  daemon. What Iam doing wrong? Any fast help will be very much appreciated.
